Being alive in the world today can be heavy on the spirit!  Let's come together to clear stagnant energy and elevate. The group will include guided EFT (tapping), breathwork, and other transformative practices.

Unveiled is a group which was cultivated to support black women in developing trust, vulnerability, healing, and authentic love for one another. The initial circle began meeting in the Fall of 2023.  If you are interested in participating in the next group (scheduled for Fall 2024), let me know!
